    I have really wanted to make a quilted jacket. Now, this is a tute that is complete and I understand it. Thank you so much!

    welll...this was going to be a jacket, but since I couldn't wait to try it until I went out and bought a large sweatshirt, I used an old well worn one so this one is VERY short...so I think I will finish it into a vest and maybe just add a section along the bottom...what do you think?

    The one I am making is going to be shorter, too. I am leaving it this length, I like it, one thing I did do was bind the bottoms of the sleeves before I sewed it together, I thought it might be bulky at the seam but it is good.

    I meant to add, I sewed the sleeve binding on first as I figured the sleeve end might be awkward to bind.

    If you go back to the beginning of the tutorial, you'll find directions as to how to put the sleeves on. I have the entire making of the jacket on here.
