Love it !!! Do you mind if I copy your idea for Christmas presents next year (no time this year)? I belong to a small quilting group even though two of the ladies have no idea how to quilt, and I think they would love these & they look like fun to make. Did you have to quilt them or are they small enough not to bother?

I don't quilt the small stuff. It has to be a hotpad size at least for me to quilt it.

My tutorials are there for anyone to use as they like. So feel free to copy and make as many as you want to!

I want to work on my decorating too. I tend to get involved in my quilting and don't really think about decorating til it is almost too late to bother. this year I want to get everything out and up. We don't do any outside decorating. Too much climbing that none of us can do. (Mom Glen or me!) Plus I don't do the cold real well!!
Outside is what I really like to get decorated. My DH loves Halloween, and decorates way to much. And I love Christmas, so I'm sure if people just drive my, they think we have kids home. Nope just two big kids. This year my DH has to work Christmas day, and the kids are not coming home, so I'll be alone, just enjoying my decorations, and probably quilting. I've outgrown the presents and stuff like that, but not the real spirit of Christmas.

Thanks, I know the ladies will love them as all of us are readers and this would be something personally made. We all have bookmarks but nothing like this one.

Ok, decorating is done, yesterday I just crashed, so today I worked on this. I know, I know, it is larger than it is supposed to be, but I didn't really want a bookmark, I'm starting on my miniature wall. It's small enough that it could still be used for a large book, but I want to look at it.

You did great Katie! The size is up to you. I just offer the technique and you can make of it whatever you want.

Love it! Are you going to show all the stuff you are hanging on your wall?

I haven't started hanging yet. I have to figure out a plan that won't drive DH up a wall. LOL And before I start making your blocks really little, I have to finish my sampler. I don't want it to be a UFO. But when I do it, I'll let you know.
