You're welcome. I don't have Word I have Works and I can't access anything from Word either. PDF files are just easier to do for me.
How do you create a pdf file?
    You should be able to
    Click on print
When the page for selecting the printer to use comes up check to see if you have a pdf printer in the menu.
If you do set it for that pdf printer and click on next.
When it saves it it will be in PDF form. So save it in a file where you will remember where it is.

If you don't see a pdf printer in the menu of your printer wizard then you can download a free one online. Once you do that you can then follow the above directions.

Thanks Cheri but not really. It all comes about for me by trial and error. Lots and lots of errors! LOL I learn the hard way believe me!! LOL I am the type that has to do it first for me to figure it out. I don't learn from someone telling me. I have to see it and experience it for myself before it sticks in my mind. so I do everything by trial and error. some things work and some don't!

Thanks for the help. I don't have pdf under printer in Word, but I do see a save as option.

You can download this WORD viewer from Microsoft. It's free.

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en

Microsoft also has a PowerPoint viewer. The viewers will let you open the documents without having the program.

Isnt' he tho? He is contagious! LOL He is always giggling. Jayden is my great grandson. He is 2 yrs old. I saw them in Walmart the other day and he is used to seeing my mom and I together. My mom is Grandma Dot and I am Grandma Rhonda. So I was picking on him tickling and such. And he looked at me and said Gam Dot. I said and so did his mom no this is Grandma Rhonda thinking he was confused. He looked me square in the eye and said Uh huh Gam Dot! He looked at his mom and at me Gam Dot!! I realized he was teasing me! He knew all along who I was and he was mixing them up on purpose! Little scallywag! all the time we stood there talking he would occasionally look at me with a sideways grin and say Gam Dot! He kept it up for quite awhile. He loves to tease.

I saw on FB that he got a hair cut today. So I was glad she got these pictures yesterday before the haircut!
