    I guess I am really stupid. I don't get it. Do you have a picture? When you say trim one long side, I am lost, how much? etc.

    I made 206 and every one was from scrap. A few of them were pretty prints that I had just a tad of----------great use for them.

    I even used up a bits of thread. No stitching shows so some short spools got used up.

    I make these also. I cut mine a little different: main fabric 6 x 5 1/2, lining 8 x 5 1/2. I do it this size so the trim is a little wider. But they are a lot of fun to make and so quick.
