Going to Marshall's Dry Goods
My friend called me this morning wanting us to go to lunch together tomorrow. We were deciding where to eat and it ended up we are going to Marshall's to fabric shop and making it a day trip. Quilt friends are the best!

Another friend decided to go, she needs a roll of batting. I think we can squish it down enough to get in the back of the Caddy. I guess I should take some bungee cords just in case. New Riley Blake fabric just came in there, @2.75 a yard on 10 -15 yard bolts. We will buy bolts of fabric and split each bolt three ways.

We had a great day! We ate at Josie's on the water outside on the upper deck. Marshall's just put out all the fabric too! I bought Paula Nadelstern fabric, Anna Griffin, Riley Blake and many more designer lines for $2. 99 - $3.99 a yard. Bolts of the fabric were $1.99 to $2.45 per bolt. We bought two rolls of Hobbs 80/20 batting for $110 each. I found backing fabric of Twinkle Bright that is on sale for $10.50 at the only online shop I could find it, at Marshall's for.....$3.99 a yard! Here is a pic of few of the fabrics I bought.

I bought a lot of blender and shirting fabrics.
