I can get onto the Quilt Board again! Yea!

I wrote yesterday about being able to get onto the QB again. I didn't say anything bad about anyone. I'm just glad to be back. But, the topic was deleted, and I don't know why. I hope I haven't offended the moderator. It was certainly not my intention. I've been unable to get onto the QB for almost a month because of some error in security issues. But, it's all fixed now. I'll never be able to catch up. But, it's great to be able to view all the quilts and topics on the QB again.

You didn't offend anybody. I just cleared out several outdated topics in preparation for posting the updated contact info.

Your post was probably deleted because it was not the correct procedure for getting help for the problem. Please read this post that PatriceJ posted today: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-121169-1.htm
Glad you are back and running.

Patrice's post was very informative (and long)- and she's only had to put up the same information about ?? times already.
Patrice has written in BOLD who/what/how to contact if you have issues of any sort. The bold headings are very helpful if you don't want to read every word of the post. (Which is helpful and useful, but some of us are kind of lazy when it comes to this sort of reading)

The technicians DO NOT READ the posts on the board. It is pointless to place a concern, complaint, or suggestion here.
PatriceJ does not have time to read all the posts on the board, either.
One needs to go DIRECTLY to the folks that can do something about what is wrong - with enough info so that they have a clue!
Example: Going to the doctor with "I don't feel good" is not very helpful.
Going to the doctor with a detailed list of symptoms is: "I have had a temperature over 101 for three days, I have no appetite, and if I do eat, I throw up. I do have diarrhea. My feet feel prickly." etc etc
The techs need a detailed list of symptoms to be helpful.
