I am no help. I play Magic Puzzles on my iPhone. Tried putting a real one together at a friends house and got very bored with only putting 5 pieces together in half an hour. It was a 1000 pc one.

I like to work puzzles online & go to this site for that. https://www.thejigsawpuzzles.com/
You can make them anywhere from 50 pieces to 500 pieces. I generally make the 100 or 150 pieces. Anything more than that is to small for my eyes & my small laptop screen for me to really see.

My sister and I get our puzzles from the local thrift shop for maybe $.50 to $2.00. Once we're done with it, we take it back to the same store so someone else can enjoy it. We work on these puzzles every Sunday afternoon for a couple hours. Puzzles have changed since I was a kid, they're harder, more complex but still fun. As my mother would say......it keeps us off the streets and out of the bars...........
