That is too funny.. It reminds me of an incident last night.. I was cutting 1.5" squares for a swap I'm in, and left a trash bag on the floor near my feet.. Along came Socrates, and dropped his rawhide bone in the bag, and tried to bury it.. The next thing I knew.. His head was in the bag, and he was digging for gold to either bury it deeper, or trying to get it out.. His head popped out with scraps all over it, and scraps all over the floor.. I had to laugh, as he was really a good guy about me working..

Aren't our animals great! My cat, Roscoe some days won't let me sew or work/play with computer. Will lay right in front with head on my hand at computer, and in front the sewing machine.... Says... Love ME, not those machines!, I usually walk out of the sewing room to the computer and vice versa, Son says, shut the door to keep him out, but I just can't do that... lol.

I have 2 brothers named Snickers & Skittles. Skittles just has to be in the middle of whatever I am doing esp in my sewing area. If I am trying to cut, he lays on the mat. If I go to my sewing machine, he lays behind it or beside it. If I try to read, he tries to lay on top of my book. And he is a talker & lets you know that he does not appreciate being moved. My sewing nook is in my laundry room so I have a nice little quilt that I lay on the washer but he will only lay there if the sun is shining through the window. Snickers on the other hand just stays to himself. All the kids just love "talking" to Skittles. But the funny thing is that he won't say a word after 9 pm! I swear that he is half human & understands everything.
