Las Vegas!! Any Quilt Shop Recommendations?
DH and I 'may' (hopefully) be going to Las Vegas/Grand Canyon in May for a week. The time is limited, so any advice about what to absolutely see/do, what to avoid, and where I can maximize my fabric fetish, would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I would highly recommend Christmas Goose. They are located on the west side of town at 2988 S. Durango Dr. (phone # is 702-877-1158). Also Fabric Boutique, which is located near W. Charleston and Decatur (phone # is 702-878-0068); Quiltique, which is actually in Henderson at 213 N. Stephanie Dr. (Phone # 702-563-8600). Last but certainly not least is Fiddlesticks in Boulder City, which is where Hoover Dam is (Phone # 702-293-2979). All the shops have maps to all the shops too. As far as things to do, that kind of depends on what you like. There are lots of shows in the casinos - some being fairly reasonably priced & some way over priced. Hope this helps. I lived in Vegas for 15 yrs before moving away 3 yrs ago and helped support every one of these shops! LOL

Is a quilt shop in Williams AZ on I-40 west of Flagstaff. I've only stopped a couple of times, but have been fasinated by all the merchandise.
