The Nook
#2
I have a Kindle. I don't know if this will work but all I do is touch and hold the picture of the book and a window pops open asking if i want to delete, move to favorites, or move from bookshelf. On Kindle the book is never deleted, it goes to Amazon cloud drive to be retrieved if I ever want it again.

You should be able to "archive" directly from your nook. I don't know what model you have (I have 2 and you access them differently). If you can't find it on the nook you can do it from your library on the computer at http://www.barnesandnoble.com , sign in and go to "my nook", then "manage library". You can either "archive" which greys it out on your nook, or delete it if you never want to see it again. Archiving will help you not buy the same book twice, but will also take up space on your nook. So far I haven't had to delete anything and I've had mine over 2 years. Good luck & Merry Christmas!!!

On mine it is under "item details and options". You have to be in your library and hi lighting the one you want to delete. go to item details and options and hit delete. Clear as mud?

You can archive it and then the next time you sync with B n N it will go into the archive file in case you ever want to loan it out or download it again. Once you are online and want it deleted you can delete it from the library. The good thing about archiving is that it lets you keep a copy just in case but won't download again like it would if it was in the reqular library. I have the Nook 3g and the Nook Color and love them both.
