Happy quilt addict in Florida!
#1
Hello ---
A quilting friend (hi Marsha!) recently told me about your site and I'm so glad she did! What a wealth of information and variety of topics.
I laughed as I read a recent topic where several people said they never started one quilt until they finished the last one! I've been quilting for many, many years, but that one-at-a-time thing has never been my way. I am a multi-project quilter and ALWAYS ready to start something new; typically I have 3 or 4 active quilts, many more 'in my head', mounds of fabric all over my quilting room, cat & dog hair on everything, and a stack of (de-haired!) birthday blocks ready to mail out. I work full time so don't have as much time to sew as I would like, but I do actually finish projects from time to time.
A messy quilter? Oh yeah!
A happy quilter? Absolutely!
Nice to meet you all,
Kate
