Hi Everyone!
My name is Heather, 24, married and busy!
I am part of a coupon forum, and I have 2 jobs - somehow I would like to get back into quilting...oh I cook too...and love baking
I sewed a lot when I was younger, I use to make pillows and sell them. My parents owners Dry Cleaners long ago so that's how I grew up...instead of playing after school I was with my Mom at the cleaners sewing, pressing or ironing.
I only know a few basics of quilting, and I would like to get a project going! But I need to start from the bottom up, I catch on quick so I don't think that will be an issue.
My husband and I live in Southern California, and we have 4 cats(rescues). During the end of fall all the way through spring I enjoy riding my dirt bike. I'm a busy girl.
Oh, and my Grandmother is 85 and I live the closest to her so I am on call for any 'needs'.
That's me!

Welcome! I'm in central Illinois, and I have 2 cats we got from the pound. We also have an older "used" mixed-breed Labrador that needed a new home, not technically a rescue.
I'm new to the board and am a novice quilter and I've recently started investigating the tutorials or using the "search" to find great information from previous threads on particular topics, so don't overlook those resources here as well as the live questions. There's a LOT of information here and friendly folk.
