New to quilting board
Hi everyone!
I have been sewing for over 60 years and live in Georgia with my husband and senior dog. I am a psychiatric RN getting a doctorate in nursing and graduate in May. I love sewing as it is a stress reliever and I love being creative!! I started with a Golden Touch and Sew machine from Singer and then progressed BERNINA. I currently have an 880 plus but it is too heavy and too complicated. Let me know if anyone is interested. I still have an older BERNINA that I sew on. I also crochet, make wreaths and other projects. I would love to connect and see what people are making!! Lucy

Welcome to the board! You will find lots of wonderful knowledgeable and helpful people here. FYI unless you want to be bombarded with Spam galore, using your email address as your username is never a good idea.

Welcome to the board! What a great idea to include a photo! I say, "Never stop learning," and it appears you do also! I sew on my 40 year old Bernina, but just received a new longarm, Bernina!
I am more of a modern quilter with intermediate skills. You?
