 Never dreamed it could be so much fun! After only two years, I'm working on quilt #9. Of course, the previous quilts have been very simple and made with pre-printed kits. But, I've launched a bridal gift one and have come up with my own idea for the pattern and chose fabrics from different places. I plan to put a scalloped edge and binding on it. It will be the size of a large throw. Wish me luck! stitcherjan from Arkansas

 You have so much to be proud of! Congratulations for doing a great job with your kids. I love the connection with other quilters, don't you? We really have a lot in common! I think I love making quilts and giving them away more than any hobby I've had before. Have a great week-end! :)

 That's great, Gayle! We were not able to have children of our own, but in our almost 40 years of marriage we've adopted lots of pets. At the present, we own one dog, Molly...and 8 cats, Buffy Boy, Mr. Midnight, Miss Calico, Mr. Whiskas, Miss Muffin, Nala, Queenie, and Adorable, (Dora for short). We have so much fun and unconditional love from our furry family! :-P Bye for now, stitcherjan
