Thank you for posting this link, it has some great ideas. A friend has asked me to do a small quilt for a new grandchild expected in June , the new mum to be just wants a very simple design so I think the Flowergarden quilt on this site would be ideal.

I just went and looked at it. That would be so cute. Is it a boy or a girl? Either way the colors would be endless with that design. There is another good site for baby stuff. The picture here is the quilt I am doing that came from the site that I am sending you to. But I just came back from the site because I was getting the addy and I think the flower garden you picked is going to be the best. I like it and for a quilt for my neice to use I think I may make one of those. The quilt I am making with the bear is more a hanging quilt, I think. Anyway tell us what you decide, and don't forget pics when you are finished!. Here is the addy of the other site.

That bear quilt is lovely, and thank you for the web site address. I would have liked to make something more 'pretty' and baby like but as I said the new mum to be just wants a simple one. The sex of the baby is not known so she wants it in neutral colours, like creams and bieges which I have to say I think is rather dull, however I have sorted out some 4 ins squares that I have and have a bit more colour to them. I did find some lovely Beatrix Potter 4 ins pieces but she did not like them, well its her choice.
