You can then use the smaller twister ruler on the left over, just have to be careful when you cut out the bigger ones and make a mini version of the same pattern. Some will make a hot pad or table mat out of them with the smaller ruler. Or they will use the smaller cut out twister in the boards, like in the corners.

Since I don't own the twister rulers from C S Design, I can't give you the block size for them yet I'm sure the block size would be about the same for most of them. I know my friend owns all of the CS Design twister rulers and seem the block square size is the same.
For the Fons and Porter Fussy cut 5 ruler set:
Finshed size for fussy cut is writen on the ruler, ( ) is the the true size of the ruler.
Size Block size square Border size Mark Line from 4 corners
2" (2 1/2") 4" 2 or 2 1/2" 1/2"
3" (3 1/2") 5" 3" 3/4"
4" (4 1/2") 6" 3 1/2 or 4" 1"
5" (5 1/2") 7" 4" 1 1/4"
6" (6 1/2") 8 1/2"might be able to use 8" 5" 1 1/2
On the Tailor (June Tailor) Twist 'n Stitch Pinwheel Block Ruler 3" to 10" finshed blocks:

8" 10 1/4" 6"
10 1/2 13" 8"

I know alot of people here on the board have the "Twister" tool... here's a tutorial for a really cute quilt using it. Now where did I put my "Twister"? LOL!

Now I am not sure exactly what they mean, but that is what i read and saw on videos utube etc
