Neat and Easy Binding End

Turning and making the end fix exactly with the binding is a real challenge for me. My dyslexia kicks in over time, I have to re do at least twice. Bought the fons and porter binding tool, a little better, but this was perfect for me.

Thank you. That is a great tutorial. I have made a few quilts but am always amazed by my lack of knowledge. So much fun to pick others brains.

This "works", but it is so much neater to sew the ends together. Watch Jenny Doan sew the ends together.
I tried to put the link here, but it didn't work. Google "Jenny Doan binding ends".

I like sewing the binding on the back and top stitching it on the front, it is fast, easy and looks great. When I use to do it from the front to back and then stitch in the ditch - there would always be the part that I didn't catch (?) and it looked poorly on the back. This way, the stitch on the back is barely noticeable.
