I had trouble with an Ott light and I went to the company and they were very supportive and helped me a replace my broken lamp for postage and even sent me a free bulb, they also have some great deals and they are usually half price and lower. sometimes they are buy one and get one free.Shirley

My DH bought me one very similar to the third light (first row) on this site, its not this brand, but it's leds and VERY bright, he got it at Menards for $13... Its a great option if you dont' want to spend this much money. I've had it for about a year and a half and don't have any complaints.
