? about Postage Stamp blocks
#1
I've started collecting 2" squares for a Postage Stamp Quilt. I've cut out 200 squares; swapped 1/2, so have 100 different squares. At least, this is a start, lol. I'm thinking when I have a few more cut, I want to start my blocks. I can't decide if I want to do just the squares or if I want to pair each square with muslin. What do you advise?

4-Patch and Furrows uses a lot of little squares, but isn't what I'd call a postage stamp quilt.
Scrappy Bargello may have been what they were referring to:

or perhaps Scrappy Trip Around the World:

But I'm not sure if either of those patterns uses individually cut blocks. I think they involve some strip piecing/cutting
