I have found this great poem (author unknown) that I think would make a great addition to a family quilt - I would probably put in the center block along with the family name. I have it framed with my collage of family pictures. I cut a round mat for it and put in square frame. heres what it says:
Our Family
is a circle of strength
and love. With every birth
and every union, the circle
grows. Every joy shared adds
more love. Every crisis faced
together makes the
circle stronger.
Just thought I would share with you~It sometimes helps me to read this especially in times of crisis. cheryl :D
p.s. The spacing I put in didnt show up but if you put in the right spacing , the poem almost looks like circle especially when framed in a circle!!
