Advice for quilting
I made a tumbler (3") for my nieces brand new baby. I normally send my quilts out for quilting, but this is so little I just want to do it. Straight lines only, is all I can do at the moment, and I'm not even very good at those. Lol SID seems like a lot but doing diagonal straight lines across the whole thing doesn't seem like it would look good.
Ideas would be welcome and appreciated.

I just Googled "tumbler quilt images" and came up with this - 1/4" away from all the seam lines.

I'm lazy ;-) so I wouldn't do one tumbler at a time. I'd stitch it as continuous lines, the straight lines would be a snap, and the other edges you'd have to zig-zag but they shouldn't be too hard either. Just stay on one side of a seam line until you get all the way across the top, then you can do the other side of the seam line.
