Just have to tell you about their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received my alto had a warp on my board thought it would lay down but didn't. I email them and in less than 30 minutes they call me on the phone very nice said no problem they would send a new one to me ups priority express . Received it in 4 days wow . I am so please with mine . But they are a great company.

Just goes to show.... news of good customer service spreads. Companies are smart to provide excellent customer service, especially in a community as close as quilters are. Your post makes me want to buy their product... and I don't even know what it is! :lol:
