Applique vs. Embroidery Scissors
#11
I am just starting applique, but the scissors I use are great . Thier small and they are so sharp, how sharp are they you ask, well accidently nip a piece of skin and they are very sharp. I bought them at JoAnns, they are from Fons and Porter and all I can say is wow. They are small enough to use for any piece and sharp enough to do the job. But are not that expensive, especially if you have a coupon. Good luck finding the right ones.

The scissors fairy come to my house today, delivered by the mailman (yes, he's really a man), and gave me probably 20-30 pairs of small scissors to test out for applique use!! This is the best present EVER!!
Thanks Scissors Fairy (you know who you are!!)!
