Barb, I want to let you know how much I appreciate your doing this tutorial. I am not able to work on the bargello right now as I am attempting to make Roman shades for my bedroom windows, but I have bookmarked this tutorial and am following along and will certainly use it when I am able to get to my bargello. Thanks again for all your work.

Will be glad to help you when you are ready.
I would like to know how to made Roman shades for my windows. When I'm ready to do that, would you help me?

Pretty fabrics! It must be spring....we are all choosing bright cheerful yellow & blues!
Granna, I like how you have the yellow with the large blue flower next to the navy. I would use the light yellow next to the gold & blue, then the then switch the two other yellow/gold pieces. That will use your yellow/golds from dark to light.
On the blue side take the last fabric (the multi light & blue flowers) put it next to the navy, then light blue, blue & white dot, the tone on tone blue, then the blue with yellow flower,
You would then have you yellow/gold fabric tied with the blue on each side.
I would like to see a picture once you have done the rearrangement, see if I can visualize which colors will be prominent in the diamond shape of the design and how the circle part will look
