Batting is too short
Hi! I have a quick question about twin size batting. My twin size quilt that I am just starting on says the finished size is 69x95. I was looking online for batting and I noticed that the twin size batting is 72x90. What's a person to do?
Thanks for your help!

You can order a bigger batting and have some left over. Another suggestion is to buy the batting by the yard like at Joann's and another idea is to stitch on a piece of batting to make the piece you have long enough.

I overlap the ends of each piece and then cut a straight line thru both and then sew together with a large zig zag stitch. Do not overlap when sewing but butt the ends together being careful not to stretch either piece.

I do like Holice and just add a piece at the bottom. I have lots of batting that I have saved from smaller than full size. I have pieced pieces of batting together to make it big enough for a full size quilt. Made several of them like that.
