Beyond excited - about to purchase a Baileys 17 Pro w/frame.
I have been talking to a lady about purchasing her Baileys. She only bought it last summer, but is starting a business now and upgrading. I really want a longarm, just was not quite ready to buy, but this is a great opportunity and set up I think. Crossing my fingers it works out.

I have a Bailey Pro 17E with a Grace Majestic frame. I love it. Has the lady used the machine? Did you get to try it out? I did have a learning curve with mine but once that was out of the way, I have no regrets. It's a great mechanical machine, and best of all, you don't need to pay somebody to clean and oil it for you since there are no electronic components. You can do the work yourself. Get all the information you can from the lady as to how the machine works, the best tension to use, etc. Happy for you!

Yes, the seller has used it to quilt about 30 quilts. I am planning on spending as long with her that day as I need to check it out. Hopefully once I check it out, we pack it up to come home with me. She is so nice to work with so far, and is willing to show me whatever I want to see. I hope I can get help from Chuck at Baileys if I have issues even though I bought it second hand. She did buy it directly from him. We will see. I am saving about 1400.00, hope that is worth it not to get it brand new.
