'Bloc-Loc' ruler

Has anyone seen this ruler before? WhenI saw it at the Denver Quilt Festival today I had to buy a 3 1/2 inch and a 4 1/2 inch.
it has a groove down the middle for the seam of a half sq triangle to sit in as you trim & square up your block....I thought it was brilliant! I'v attached a photo of the flyer...

I went to a Sue Hausmann seminar (America Quilts) just a couple weeks ago. She had several sizes she passed around. I thought it was a rather nifty idea but they were pricy, so I didn't buy them.. I'll be glad to hear what others think of them. I've squared up my blocks with a regular square, and it does rock a bit... but I haven't thought that was too much of a problem. Of course we thought cutting with good scissors was great until the rotary cutter came along.. So what do I know?

Quilters half square triangle square up laser cut acrylic ruler is what their website calls them

$22 for a 6" ruler is a little out of my price range, even if it is a nice ruler LOL
