Card Trick 12" finished block

Here is one that I made. It was easy. I did not cut anything on the bias. I just marked and cut them out. Bias cutting is used mainly for curves so that you have that stretcheyness you need.

#1Piecemaker---I made the card trick quilt last spring for a friend's grandaughter to take to college. All done in orange and brown prints (her high school colors). I don't have a photo of it; sorry. I used dark brown linen-look print sashnig, 1 1/2" wide between the blocks, and set it all on point. One of the easiest and fastest patterns I've done.

I've used the instructions from Jan in VA.
If you open the link and scroll down almost to the bottom of the page, linhawk(she has an animated avatar) has a link posted for Jan's instructions.

I made this quilt using Elenor burn's winning hand pattern. Here is a posting of the quilt I made. Search " Card trick/Winning hand ". under Bigsis63 It is pretty easy and does not use HST.
