Hello, I received "my" answer. I contacted Elizabeth's Studio and the answer was "Yes, as long as I do not plan on mass distribution" - so I will go ahead and make up a few items and see what happens. Of course before I make anything to sell, the first thing I need to do is get my purses made for my sisters. :-D

I am glad you found out this information for us I know on some of my embroidery designs you can make 25 items for resale but are not allowed to sell to stores or on internet. All this gets very confusing.
