Cordless irons
#2
I purchased a Panasonic a couple of months ago. So far I like it and haven't had any problems.
Here's the link to the one that I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I’ve had the Panasonic 360 for more than a year now and still like it. I like that it has points on both ends which make it easier to press in tight spots. I also like that I’m not dragging the cord across my work. It did take a while to get used to putting down on the base instead of standing it on end, definitely can’t do that when both ends are pointy. ;-)

i have two cordless irons and love them both.
one is a Panasonic, with points at both ends.
it's good for travel because it's fairly light and has a cover with handle.
the other is a Sunbeam.
it's bigger and heavier (which I like.)
it heats/re-heats a bit faster than the panasonic.
they are both much harder to tip over or knock off the ironing board.
that's a major plus for me.

I also have the Panasonic 360 with points at each end. I love it. It is light and easy to take to class. It took a very short time to get use to putting it back on its base immediately but since it does not stand on it's end due to points it was easy. It does turn off so if you are not using it, you will have to hit the button. It heats quickly. I don't use an ironing board while piecing but an ironing pad and it sits on my table near my iron. I thought I would not like to use this one when pressing the entire quilt but I did not have any issues. I hope this helps.
