Could I get your feedback on a Pfaff Performance 2056 ?

I just sold a 2056. I loved it and it's a fabulous machine. But I think that price is too high. I sold mine for 850.00 and I included the Pfaff extension table and a lot of extra feet. Check to see if they are still making the 2056, I've heard they're not. I don't know if you care or not, but that's another reason that price would be too high. I currently have a Pfaff Quilt Expression 4, which is a good machine for piecing and quilting, but the 2056 was a quieter and smoother machine. It just doesn't have the longer throat space.

The 2056 has IDT and a vertical bobbin. I think they were among the last machines made in Europe. I have a 2044 that says "Made in Sweden", and the later 2170 was labelled "Made in Czech Republic" The 2056 was concurrent with these machines. I know a lot liked them for quilting. It does have decorative stitches that can be adjusted.
The newer Pfaffs are usually made in China except the TOL machine. They also have a drop in bobbin.
