I saw this episode on tv and started a queen size Boston Commons quilt - but it is a 2 part tv program and I did to find out one fabric width so that I can finish my quilt top. When making the queen size there is a strip of fabric between the inner design and the outer design so I just need to know what size I am suppose to cut the fabric so that it all works out according to the pattern. I am doing the 2 1/2" blocks like Eleanor showed on tv. If anyone could help me find this measurement I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know for sure when the 2nd part of the show is to be aired.
This is what I have done so far. I just went thru my leftover fabrics from previous projects to see if I had any that I could use on this without having to buy more fabric. When I look at it I see fabric from 5 different quilts that I made. Kinda nice being reminded of the other quilt tops that I made as gifts.
Thanks,
Sherryl
