i DONT KNOW WHAT MODEL IT IS BUT FOR $50 I WOULD GRAB IT!!!
I have my Mom's Viking that she bought used in 1967 and it is a wonderful machine!! My Dad was going to throw it out when she passed away and I asked him to let me have it. I cleaned it, put in a new needle and it has sewed like a charm ever since. I left it at my daughters house so she could have a dependable machine to make her first quilt on! I am sure Mom is pleased!!!

i would grab it too--hard to tell, but most likely in the 6000 series somewhere----they had "permanent" grease--if not properly serviced and that removed, it WILL cause the cam stack to break--or something equally dire--ask me how I learned that!
