Doubt on June Tailor Shape Cut ruler
#1
What do you do to prevent the V shape on strips cut with June Tailor Shape Cut ruler? :?:
I know we need to take care when folding the fabric to be cut, but do you have any specific advise?
TY in advance!

Fold carefully make sure u line up the end and cut it straight. I put little dots of sandpaper to keep it from sliding I've also heard u can use hot glue dots from glue guns. Good luck and keep up posted!!

the V is caused from the fold not being straight...on grain- if the fabric is twisted at all you will not get a good cut.
when folding your fabric it is normal for the salvages to be (off) you can cut them straight after you have a nice straight fold...dont line up the salvage edges to make your fold...the salvages are not straight
