topper1 - I've tried that and it won't take the image, I think because it's scanned. This is a great site tho.

OK, we can do this. This is a 7 x 7 grid with 2 blocks. One block is just 49 squares. The other block is an Ohio star surrounded by small squares. I don't know how to post a picture layout, but just break the star block down into a 9-patch with 4-patches at the corners and you should be able to see it. I don't know what size the original is, but I would guess the small squares are 2 or 3 inches.
