Fabrics ordered through the mail
#1
I want to place an order with Connecting Threads but worry that the colors won't be the same as the pictures in the catalog and once I receive them they won't "go" together. Anyone have a similar problem? :?:

Yes! I have a tough time......But I've started biting the bullet since prices have gone up to get some good deals.
And I have been pleasantly surprised with most of what I have gotten. Others I will repurpose a bit from my original thoughts, but all are definitely usable and likable!

Every ones degree of matching colors is different. I'm not too picky. If in doubt make a small order and see what you think. Some web sites will send you a sample. I have been very happy with my orders from CT.

I have ordered from Connecting Thread and have found that their colors are true to what is shown on my computer. Also they have a feature called "design table" that allows you to put different fabrics on to see it they match. But remember that your computer monitor colors may be different then mine. Also they have a good return policy. (I have never tried to return fabric). I think that they are somewhere between Joann"s and LQS.
