    My favorite in california is the fabric patch in montclair, and also there is ginger's quilt shop in upland, other than that i usually just buy online or at the joanns

    in Houston we have It's a Stitch, Sunflower Quilts and Sew and Vacuum - all sell fabric, machines, notions, etc.

    I found after googling quilt shops in Reno and LV NV that not all are still in business (why they are still listed, I don't know)...consequently I wasted time and gas trying to find these places. I definitely would prefer personal recommendations.

    Look at this site. However product descriptions are missing on most and does not state quantity in charmpacks , dessert rolls and such.Looks like you have to call them in order to get this info for most anything you might want or interested in.

    If you go to Lancaster , PA - Fabric shops, you will find
    so many, it will make a book in itself! Good luck.

    In the Houston, TX area there is Quilters Cottage in Richmond, TX, Quilter's Emporium on 59 in Stafford, TX. When I think of the others I will get back to you. I love Quilters Cottage.

    Yes, it's a quilting digest of every shop in the U.S. I have taken it with me on vacation and even on short trips. It lives in the trunk of the car!!
