HELP - My Brain Is Not Working

HELP - My Brain Is Not Working
Okay, I know I know this but after two hours on the computer and no luck I decided to ask for help.
I am trying to locate a website of sewing/quilting supplies. And I know that I have purchased from them several times. They are in the same 'category' in my mind with Clotilde, Keepsake Quilting, Connecting Threads, etc. The item that I am looking for is the self-adhesive seam allowance guide that you stick on your machine to give you a reference for seams or stitching that is larger than the markings on the machine. It takes it up to - I want to say 5" away from the needle. I had one on my machine, took it in for service and it came back without it. I have been using painter's tape for markings, but really want to get one of the sheet ones.
If it is any help, when you add anything to the cart, it takes you to the shopping cart where you items are stored. There is an advertisement for something else nifty at the top, you move down the page and there are your items and further down as the items that you have marked as 'Save For Later'.
Sorry for the foggy brain - new pain meds to deal with my 'leech-y' finger. Thanks in advance. I know someone will have the answer really quick.

Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post. I use Clearly Perfect Angles. It is a template that clings to your sewing table or machine and has the 1/4", 5/8" marks , and also for angles. I don't know if this is what you mean, but if you google the name you can find out where it is sold. Good luck!
