Help needed w/"All Roads Lead to the Sea"
I bought this pattern rather than doing the month by month sew along am doing it myself.
Some of the pieces have me stumped.
Does anyone have resources, links or something I can see to help me ? I'm a very visual learner and this would be helpful.
Thanks

i took a class with Lorraine Stangness and my book Heavens Above Revisted was autographed in 2001 !! I only made one church block with her method, but found it very precise.
I see a blog where someone made the pattern and had it machine quilted, might those pictures help you?

Perhaps you can draw the pieces that need angles and paper piece them. That would be very precise. Alternately, you could make them a touch oversized and trim. It is a beautiful pattern but wow!! it looks like a lot of work.

This designer has what she calls Connector Corners that are used in the designs, 45* and 60*.
as I mentioned I only made the one church but if there is a particular thing that is giving you a problem I will look through my book to see if I can give you any suggestions .

I loved the All Roads Lead to the Sea quilt and found a good buy for it on Ebay. It should be here within the week. After all these comments, I think I will need to focus more than normal to get this quilt done. According to the Ebay description, it was a BOM and each section is in it's own little baggie. I can't wait to get it and get back to sewing. It's been a while. Meanwhile, I am trying to finish some UFO's. Oh where did all the fabrics go??? You would think I would have stored them all together...Oh well.
