How do you use a 60 degree line to make triangles?
#1
Hi everyone,
I'm wanting to make the neat hexagon table topper Quilter Girl did, but have no idea how to make the triangles using a 60 degree line! I've never done it before! I do have a couple rulers with that marking on them.
I printed off the directions from the link she provided, but the pictures aren't close up enough for me to really see.
Can someone explain it to me?
Thanks so much!!
Diana :)

Thanks Redkimba! Yes, kind of. I think I need more easily understandable words though? lol!!!
I don't know what size the triangles are suppose to be, other than it's sewing 4 strips of 2 1/2 " together, and then making the triangle cuts.
Some things just don't sink into my mind as easily as others, and this is one of those things! lol!!
