for an antique White Rotary black and brass machine?
I have one and am looking to sell it, but I have no clue how to go about finding a price to sell it for. I googled it and it didn't seem to have a lot of results. Everywhere I looked it said 14.99...surely that's got to be for a part or something.
I just don't know where to start.

has completed listings with actual sales prices. Around here, prices are a LOT higher.
This site has some ancient ones http://www.patented-antiques.com/Sewing_Machines.htm
I have a feeling your best place to sell it will be an antiques mall.
