How much is it worth?
#1
I just finished this quilt. Basically I bought most of the fabric to make dresses for my daughters, a year later when I went to make them the pattern was now to small. So instead I made a toddler quilt. I have no use for this. My options are sell it or donate it. (or the old trusted method of folding it and keeping it in a plastic tub with all the others)
My church is having a youth auction. I thought about donating it to them, but they need to know a value. And if I decide to sell it, again with that "How much".
How do you know "how much?"
Quilt is 53"x53" Ladybugs, hand quilted.
Fabric ran me about $45ish. The pinks were scaps, the batting (warm and natural) was left over from a larger quilt. So they were not direct out of pocket. Does that matter?
Any oppionins or advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

When I try to gauge the worth of my quilts, I think about what I make hourly at my actual job. THAT's what I would charge if I could bring myself to sell them. I find them rather priceless though.
