I am so pressed for room because living in senior housing. I had ordered extra batting because of terrific sale and now my problem is how to store it. Has anyone used the vac bags on batting and how did it work? I use it on my extra quilts, (those I have saved for myself) and it works fine. How about batting? Any ideas will be welcome and thank all of you.

storing for long periods of time is not a good idea, but if you remember to take the stuff out occasionally and let it air...like when cutting batting for the next project, it should be OK. For thos storing in plastic bins, you can punch holes to let the contents get air, but holes won't work on the vac bags.
