I took a class Friday at my local quilt shop and absolutely loved it. It was a Mondo Bag made with Quilt Smart and it was so fun and interesting. It is made with 208 2.5 inch squares and I wanted to learn the technique so I used strips from a jelly roll I had left over from an apron I made. If you like things like this you will love it. I have 4 great nieces that are starting college and I want to make one for them for Christmas. I think you can make one start to finish in a day and that is with taking a break which I had to do. The class was from 10:00 to 3:00 but she let us stay as lone as we wanted. I had machine problems so I was there until 4:00 and I finished the bag but not the lining. Do you like to do like this. Love this board I have learned so much.

Would love to see a picture. Isn't it nice to take a class and finish or almost finish the project? Even if I know that I can make a project on my own, I will sometime take a class for it if I want to actually do it and get if finished. I am more focused and motivated in a class than I sometimes am on my own.
