Industrial machine for LQ
#1
I'm wondering if anyone is using an old industrial machine like a Singer 96-10 or 31-15 on a machine quilting table. Dh is getting ready to build me a table and I'm looking for a machine. I have heard of it done before but would like to see pictures of someones. We are wondering about how to attach the motor. I may possibly be able to go look at an old 31-15 this weekend. I'm not sure if it even has a place on the machine to mount a motor.

I have an industrial Singer on my b-line quilting frame. I'm not sure what model it is. It came from a garment factory in Canada. I will take pictures tomorrow night and pm them to you if you would like. The place I bought it from mounted the motor on the side of the machine.
