I completed my one BOM, but then got distracted cutting up scraps. This is part of the reason I have 60+ projects in progress. Oh, well... Then DGD came over to spend the night and we had a lovely time. Thanks, for all the inspiration -- Feb 17th is already on my calendar!!

Well, here I am, looks like a day late and a dollar short.....I could not find this posting at all yesterday all day long when I checked. There is some kind of time difference going on here....the most recent posting LTeachergeorge is just above me is posted at at "Today, 06:44 AM" (today in my neck of the woods being Monday 1/21/2013, 10:42AM) However, I did have my project all picked out, and will work on it today. I was just curious as to how I can join y'all in real time on Feb 17th. I do have it marked and plan to be there.

Well did not get too much done yesterday, finished re sandwiching quilt. Spent a lot of time today and managed to finish quilting, have put the binding on two sides and hand sewn one side. If I finish tomorrow will try to post picture.
So looking forward to 17th February am going to be well prepared and allow no distractions.
Thanks Rachel

I would love a different day! By the time I get up, go to church, go eat lunch, get home and change clothes, it's time to go back to choir practice at 4:30. Then, church again at 6, out to eat again, and it's 10:00 pm. I would love a Thursday or a Tuesday, maybe!!!

Good news....Sunday or Monday, I went out to my sewing room with every intention of making my first neglected BOM (2009) square. Got everything in order, cut the one for March out and got started on it. After several interruptions to help my son get a quilt loaded on the LA, started working my way through the puzzle. Never did figure out one part of it; just winged it and got it together using the picture as a guide. It is all wonky, and everyone will be able to tell that I haven't done any piecing lately. My son said "just keep going, no one will know when you put them all together" so OK, that is what I am going to do. Fun day; and I haven't learned how to do pictures yet. Maybe that will be my February challenge.
