Last Week Wool Batting; This Week Cashmere
Last weekend I found some wool batting at a garage sale and asked for opinions from the board. Thanks, all of you, who posted.
Yesterday I bought a cashmere blend batt at a sale. It is 95% polyester and 5% cashmere. It comes from Mountain Mist. The instructions on the bag are skimpy, but I do read that quilting should be no more than 5" apart. I am interested in hearing your experiences with this type of batt.
Thanks!

No experience with cashmere, but with that little in the mix, I'd say treat it as any other poly.

You're right, there's not much info that I could find on that product, but did find this 20 pager you might want to wade through. http://www.villagequiltworks.com/ima...ttingChart.pdf
