Looking for this pattern

Here is a link to the photo, I looked at 'their' link, and no pattern? Does anyone have or could help me find the pattern to Pine Cone Quilt, Alabama State Quilt.

I love the spiral effect, it's folded pieces, would just be a fun challenge... which would also probably take me quite a while, LOL. Debbie

Thank you, I had googled, just didn't get the right results I guess. I checked quilt board search and did find someone else looking for this same pattern, and it has instructions.
I also PM her, to see if she's started, and could offer any tips.
Does anyone know if I could use 100% silk men's suite hankies for this pattern? What about satiny fabric's from wedding gowns, brides maids and prom dresses, I have many in a rainbow of color. This photo to the pattern site, the fabric looks silky/shiny. What do you think? Debbie

The only thing I'd wonder about with using the silk or satin fabrics is that some of them don't have the same 'crispness' that the cotton fabric has. But I'd say give it a try and see how you like the results. You might try a very lightweight iron-on interfacing if you think it's needed to get the crisp creases on the triangles.

based on the description I read in a couple of links above, this is simply a different way to use prairie points...If you want it for a quilt to use, I'd plan on it being very heavy where the "pine cone" is because of the overlapping PPs. Using silk and satin might be more awkward to use because of their slipperyness, but using them might...I say again, might, make the quilt a little lighter. Good luck
