BarbZ posted about her quilt quild show in West Gardiner, ME. at the West Gardiner Fire Station. It runs Sat. and Sun. 9-4.
I went to the show this morning with my DH and what a great little show that is. The quilts are beautiful, the folks all so very nice, lots of food for the hungry quilter and I got to meet BarbZ in person. If you live anywhere near this show I'd suggest you attend and get some great ideas and visit with the vendors.

I went this morning too. Dumb me got there are realized I had forgotten my camera and got stuck trying to take pictures of the quilts with DH's camera. He's a man, he goes for lens and all that junk. I just want to be able to point and shoot.
I loved the quilts, they were wonderfully done. Being me, I especially enjoyed the scrap quilts (which are my passion). I even spent my goody money on fabric. Had a great time while DH sat out in the car and read. He's a sweetie.
I've attached some of the pictures I took. I couldn't find the wide angle setting on the camera so I had a little trouble trying to back up far enough to get the whole top in without hitting the quilts behind me. These were the photos that came out the best. There were some really lovely quilts there that I couldn't get a good photo of..

I was right up by there today at a PTQG meeting. A couple of the board members who were at the meeting were also ladies from the chapter holding this event. Really wanted to go, but had to get home. Thanks for sharing your pictures. I love the scrappy stars!!
