Marking tool that does Not remove with heat
Hello!
im working on the sew in love BOM by Editya Sitair and find myself in month 7 learning all about y-seams. My marking pens all remove with heat so I’m losing my reference dots when I iron the seams before the next sew. Is there a marking tool that doesn’t remove with heat but that can be eventually washed out?
this BOM has been great for teaching me new skills but she doesn’t always identify the tools she uses. Almost, but not always.

I love Edita's method for doing Y seams. Because you are marking on the wrong side of the fabric in the seam allowance, I don't care if the marks wash out or not. I have used pencil and even an ultra fine tip sharpie to mark the start and stop dots.

Where can I find Edita's method of Y seams? I found by Google Edyta Sitar of the Laundry Basket . Is that the one that you are referring to ?
